Responsibilities include pitching ideas, forming event teams, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth day-of operations. This role also utilizes leads from the Events Director to expand their event portfolio. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Day of Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the on-site execution of events, including the setup, breakdown, and overall management of the event day. This role involves coordinating with, vendors, artists, swappers, and staff to ensure that events run smoothly. They act as a representative for Sustainable Swaps, providing information and assistance to attendees.
Part-time: Hours vary based on event schedule -

The Outreach Director is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential partners to support the organization's goals. This role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of partners, including sponsors, event venues, non-profits, vendors, artists and bands, food and drink vendors, and activism groups.
Part-time: Hours vary based from event to event
